Your investment includes your time, application in your classroom, your self-reflection, and your voice in exchange for FREE access to the Clarity Framework^TMfor 8 weeks.

1. Complete 1 pre-survey prior to starting the cohort.

2. Attend 2 onboarding sessions: 90 minutes each (July and August).

3. Participate in 8 coaching sessions: 1 hour each week (Sept. - Oct;).

4. Apply CLARITY Framework ^TM in your classroom 1-2 hours per week.

5. Submit written feedback during the 8-week sessions.

6. Complete 1 post-survey on your experience at the end of the cohort.

7. Reflect honestly. That's where real growth happens.
